I’m rounding up the week again with some links I’ve been loving recently.
Have you heard of the idea of a capsule wardrobe? With the lack of style I’ve been sporting lately (you can only do so much when you need to stay warm), the idea of spring and warmer temps definitely appeal to me. The Everygirl rounded up a guide to a capsule wardrobe for spring, and I’m considering putting together my own version (most likely with way more prints though)!
If you follow me on social media, you’ve probably seen that I founded a chapter of Spoon University at my school. (You can follow us on Twitter and Instagram to get a sneak peek at content!) We’re launching soon, and I’ve been way busy with interviewing people, brainstorming ideas, emails upon emails, and holding meetings. Naturally, I’ve been looking for inspiration for articles, and I came across this one about 13 new ways to eat vegetables. This actually has helpful tips and while I can’t use a lot of these when I’m at school, it’s given me some ideas for those weekends that I get to go home.
I saw Nike Women’s Instagram on my recommended page and gave it a follow a while back, so I’ve gotten sucked into their 21 Days of Better for It program. It takes 21 days to build a habit, and while I’ve tried using the Nike Training Club app before and I’ve gotten to week 2 of Kayla Itsines’ BBG challenge, I was never really committed enough to continue. I just finished week 1 today and it’s super easy so far, which is encouraging me to keep going. We’ll see if I finish it though!
Have you tried any of these? Let me know in the comments.
